Strength Coaching
Modus core strength membership provides 1-to-1 strength training oriented toward your specific goals within boundaries that work for your lifestyle. We'll guide you on a path that's right for your body and the life you live.

Nutrition Coaching
Modus core nutrition membership provides 1-to-1 nutrition training designed to educate and empower. Make smart decisions regarding the food you eat with confidence. Cut through the confusing 'noise', eat delicious food and shape the body you want to live in.

One-time Consultations
If you feel stuck and you're not sure what to do next we'd love to have a conversation with you. We can order bloodwork for you and review your labs together — or, we can review labs from bloodwork you've already received and discussed. In either case a one-time consultation allows you to get focused feedback. This isn’t diagnosis — it’s about empowering you to make informed choices, ask the right questions at your next doctor’s visit, and feel confident taking the next steps toward a stronger, healthier you.

Bloodwork & Lab Review — $400
This includes a comprehensive blood panel which we will review together during a 60 minute one-on-one video call. We'll dig deep into your results and discuss what they mean in plain, practical language. No jargon — just clear, actionable insights. You'll understand how key markers relate to your energy, mood, recovery, strength, and long-term health.

Strength & Wellness Consult — $250
A personal one-on-one video call in which we’ll address any questions you have about your personal strength goals and overall health. We'll help you navigate any specific challenges you may be experiencing related to your energy, mood, recovery, blood work, etc. and provide actionable feedback and suggestions based on our experience.
