We may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) related to MOVE WITH MODUS and our Services, including updates about your inquiries, coaching programs, reminders, and other transactional or promotional messages (“SMS Program”). By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our web forms, you agree to enroll in the SMS Program and receive recurring text messages from MOVE WITH MODUS at the mobile number you provide. Participation in the SMS Program is not a condition of any purchase.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent to or from us, depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any such charges.
Opt‑Out Instructions

Carrier Disclaimers

Age Requirement
The SMS Program is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By participating in the SMS Program, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are the authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
