Maeve is an elite runner and ultramarathoner with experience in sports-specific clinical nutrition. She’s competed in events ranging from the mile and 5K to 100 miles around the Franklin & Marshall track, as well as multiple 200+ mile relays. Her coaching blends science-backed nutrition with personalized, practical training philosophies that meet athletes where they are. — Whether you’re a strength-focused athlete chasing your first marathon, an outdoor enthusiast aiming to master trail efficiency and fueling, or a new runner building a foundation for longevity, Maeve’s coaching fosters steady progress and a lifelong love of running. — She is currently training to run across Pennsylvania for charity and lives in Lancaster with her cat, Steve.

The Endurance Collective
An 8-week program designed to help you master the balance between strength and endurance. Train 4–6 days per week, 30–90 min per session, to boost VO₂ Max, preserve muscle, and build resilience. Ideal for beginners to seasoned athletes. Required: proper footwear. Optional: free weights or gym access. Learn to fuel smart, improve mobility, and enhance performance as a true hybrid athlete — strong, fast, and built to last.
