About

I’ve spent most of my adult life chasing progress through fitness. After losing over 100 pounds on a personal weight loss journey, I went on to train for and complete a full marathon. For the past seven years, I’ve dedicated myself to competitive powerlifting — winning multiple meets and setting state records across several federations. Fitness isn’t just a hobby for me — it’s a lifelong commitment to growth, discipline, and resilience. I’m also a husband and proud dad to a 7-year-old son, striving every day to lead by example and show him the power of consistency and hard work.

Each workout takes just 30–45 minutes, with 3–4 focused sessions per week that fit easily into even the busiest days.
