About

My background in fitness and nutrition was an up and downhill battle. I would go from one thing to the next chasing the “next best thing” that would get me to my goals. What I didn’t know, I was wrecking my gut and hormones. Once I got on a plan designed just for me, it all started to fall into place. I’m a huge proclaimer of establishing habits that last a lifetime and to this day, I’m all about adding new habits in my life. When I’m not lifting heavy weights, walking or meal prepping, you’ll likely find me with a book and cup of hot tea. But more often than not, I’m spending time with my hubby of 18 years (2025) and my kids ages 15 & 13. I’ve navigated this health and fitness journey as a stay-at-home mom, full-time working mom, and recently as a part-time remote working mom. I’ve been through it all and know what a busy schedule with work, kids and other responsibilities looks like. This is where building a foundation of habits was essential for me because whenever life throws a challenge or change, my habits were there to keep me consistent.

Group training with Rachel

Strength in Every Season

This group is designed for all women in any stage of life. The focus is on building consistent habits while ditching the perfection mindset. The program is built around structured 4-week training blocks, with flexible options to train 3, 4, or 5 days per week depending on your schedule. Each workout lasts about 30 to 45 minutes. The program is suitable for all fitness levels, beginner through advanced, and requires only a set of dumbbells (adjustable are preferred) and resistance bands.
